Job Opportunity: Sales Engineers / Sales Representatives

MinEx is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineers / Sales Representatives to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience in the construction and heavy equipment sector, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, consultants, and key clients in the construction sector.

• Promote and sell MinEx’s range of construction and heavy equipment products.

• Identify customer needs, provide suitable technical and commercial solutions, and prepare customized quotations.

• Conduct regular field visits to project sites and client offices to follow up on inquiries and explore new opportunities.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.

• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify business growth opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment and related applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel locally.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Age: Not more than 33 years old.
